The final event in our Masterclass will focus on improving your digital marketing strategy’s Conversion Rate Optimisation across all platforms. Our speakers will be experts in digital marketing strategy and will bring practical examples that can used in any industry.

This programme is designed and delivered in conjunction with 3XE Digital. Every year 3XE host conferences covering different areas of digital marketing, e.g. Search, Conversion, UX, Social Media and Digital Transformation.


The day will be broken up into 3 sessions. The masterclass will be given by Brian Maher from Dublin based performance marketing agency Adaptive.

Session 1: A Look at Google Analytics - how better insights means better decisions
The speaker will discuss how ‘Better data means better decisions’. Google Analytics is a tool that can help you find insights into what’s happening with your website.
You can use it to access information about your traffic sources, engagement levels, the overall success of your campaigns, and so much more. The majority of companies are using data analytics to make decisions for every marketing area of their business. If you are not using Google Analytics on a daily basis you will start losing ground on your competitors. Research shows that companies that use data to drive their marketing decisions see an average 20% increase in ROI.

Session 2: How should I spend my money - PPC, Display Social
In recent years online advertising has helped transform many businesses.
Recently, there have been some drastic changes in how companies can advertise online. The growing popularity of social media networks and search engines have spawned plenty of new opportunities for advertisers to take advantage of. In this session Brian will discuss how to best spend your advertising budget online, Ppc, social and SEM are all great options but what is the best option for your business?

Session 3: How to improve my CRO - good UX, a/b testing and site speed
In this session Brian will discuss tools and techniques that will help improve your company's CRO, techniques such as improving site speed, a/b testing and adopt UX and design thinking to ensure your online sales grow.

Brian is the founder and managing director of adaptive, who specialises in digital analytics consultancy and online advertising. Founded in 2014, adaptive is a Certified Google Partner, servicing clients across Europe.
Brian’s own background encompasses business development and strategy, plus a high level of technical expertise. He has led cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex multi-million Euro projects. He is certified in UX design, principles, research, analysis, frameworks, interaction and prototyping and he has hands-on experience across the entire Google digital marketing stack, with Google Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords Search, Display, Mobile and Shopping.

This blend of strategic skills and technical know-how gives him an ability to understand customers’ potential and provide them with working solutions that delivery upon their potential.
