This highly interactive, engaging programme will enable participants to examine the topic of unconscious bias and its role in the gender pay gap. It will uncover the latest research in the area and dive deep into the psychology and science behind unconscious bias. Over the course of the day participants will learn how to manage equality and diversity at work and address the challenges posed by the gender pay gap.
Each participant will leave with a credible, data-driven argument for why gender balance would benefit their business. They will also create a strategic action plan to address unconscious bias in their organisations.
