Pregnant Employee Risk Assessors
This programme is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to carry out pregnant employee risk assessments in their own organisations. The requirements of the Maternity Acts and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007 are covered in depth relating specifically to the effective management of the safety health and welfare of pregnant employees.
Who Should Attend?
Those who should attend are those whom have a responsibility for the safety health and welfare of female employees who are of child bearing age. A non exhaustive list may include HR professionals, safety officers, line managers, supervisors, and any other manager, who may hold this responsibility from time to time.
Duration: Half Day
The programme is delivered by experienced Ibec Executives who provide members with advice, consultancy and training on a daily basis. Programme participants are encouraged to express their views and experiences. The programme facilitates participant discussion to ensure a thorough understanding of the key points and their application.
